Greenville, TX — Carevide is proud to announce that Stan McKee, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Carevide, has been re-elected as the Health Center Board Member Representative to the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC) Board of Directors.
With over 25 years of dedicated service as a board member and patient advocate for Carevide in Greenville, TX, Stan brings an invaluable blend of personal experience and professional insight to his role in advancing the mission of community health centers.
NACHC is the leading voice for the nation’s community health centers, which serve approximately 34 million patients across the United States. Its Board of Directors helps guide national strategy and advocates for policies that ensure health centers remain strong, sustainable, and equipped to serve communities in need.
As Health Center Board Member Representative, McKee will represent patient and community perspectives from health centers nationwide. This role helps ensure that the governance and advocacy of NACHC reflect the experiences of the very people community health centers were created to serve.
“This role is about keeping patients’ voices at the table,” said McKee. “Community health centers exist to meet people where they are, and it’s an honor to represent the patients and boards who guide that mission at the national level.”
Carevide CEO Michelle Carter said, “Stan’s re-election to the NACHC Board of Directors brings a direct connection between our community and national health policy. His leadership ensures that the needs of Northeast Texas and health center patients everywhere are heard in Washington, D.C.”
Carevide is one of more than 1,500 community health center organizations across the country that deliver affordable, high-quality, and compassionate healthcare services. By serving on the NACHC Board of Directors, McKee strengthens the link between Carevide’s mission of improving lives through service and compassion and the broader health center movement working to close gaps in healthcare access nationwide.
