Carevide CEO Michael Glas Appointed to TACHC Board of Directors

GREENVILLE, Texas — Carevide Chief Executive Officer Michael Glas has been appointed to the Texas Association of Community Health Centers (TACHC) Board of Directors, stepping in to serve as the East Region representative.

Glas fills a vacancy left by Terri Sabella, former CEO of HealthPoint, who recently resigned from her seat on the board to accept a new position in Washington state. In accordance with TACHC’s bylaws, the Executive Committee was tasked with filling the open position and officially appointed Glas to serve the remainder of Sabella’s term, which runs through the 2026 general membership meeting.

For Glas, the appointment is an opportunity to draw on his background in community health to represent the broader East Region in statewide discussions.

“I am honored to join the Texas Association of Community Health Centers Board of Directors,” Glas said. “This role provides a valuable opportunity to use my experience in community health to collaborate with TACHC and fellow CEOs from across the state. Together, we can drive important conversations around healthcare access, innovation and sustainability.”

The TACHC 2026 general membership meeting is set for October 12-14 in San Antonio, Texas.
